Network Authentication Issues

I am dual booting (Vista/XP) in a 2003 AD Domain Environment and i'm having a few issues with Domain Authentication.
I can ping the Server, browse to the Server share, etc, but i can't get Outlook to Authenticate to the Exchange Server, any ideas.
This fails on both Outlook 2003 SP2 and Outlook 2007 Beta 2, and is driving me nuts. (But works in XP flawlessly)
The machine is not part of the Domain, but my login credentials work fine in XP (domain\username), however in VISTA it just loops and won't authenticate.
Is there anything i need to change for this to work? In addition, the Server is on a different domain then my account, however a trust must be established as i have had no issues with XP
